If you have an automobile claim:

1. Call the police
   
   
2. Be sure to obtain the accident report number so you can request a copy later on
   
   
3. Get a description of any vehicles involved including license tag numbers
   
   
4. Exchange driver information including full name, date of birth, drivers license number, address and phone number
   
   
5. Obtain names and contact information of any witnesses
   
   
6. Take photos or notes as to how the accident occurred
   
   
7. Contact our office or call the insurance company directly
