Tree Damage
If a tree falls on your home or automobile it is important to know that it does
not matter whose tree it is or whose property it was growing on. You are responsible for your own damages.
EXAMPLE:
If your tree falls on your neighbor’s house, YOUR NEIGHBOR is responsible for their
damages.
If your neighbor’s tree falls on your home or automobile, YOU are responsible for
your own damages.
If your tree falls on the automobile of a guest visiting your home, THEIR insurance
must repair the car.
If a tree is on your house call a tree company to get the tree off the house.
Make whatever temporary repairs necessary to prevent further damages and contact
